Not to worry; Julià Travel has you covered. Just under an hour outside of Barcelona, ISLA FANTASIA is your oasis in a desert of culture and crowds. The water park offers a list of amenities for families of all sizes. With designated picnic areas it is the perfect place to bring a cooler, get away from the city and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.

So whether you want to race with friends on the ‘Multipista’, get dizzy on the ‘Espiral’, or satisfy an adrenaline rush on the ‘Kamikazes’ you can spend all day going up the stairs and down the slides. Alternatively you can head to the Pirate Ship and cool down with a host of water games.

Those who want a more relaxed, free approach need not worry as you can always go and chill whilst getting taken for a peaceful ride in the rapids or enjoying the wave pool. If the water isn’t your thing and you just want to let the kids play while you take some time out, there is plenty of space to soak up the sun and enjoy a bite to eat.

    • Hi Sally,
It isn’t actually open all year round – the fun at the Park is saved for the summer months!
It is open from June until September each year.
We hope you get a chance to check it out!

  1. We bought tickets for this waterpark, we are with four girls, and we were really looking forward to it. But when we entered the waterpark after paying quite a high price, we were very disappointed. There’re relatively little slides and in the toilets it smelled like there was a corpse rotting. Over all the park was poorly maintained, the stairs of the slides seemed to be about to collaps. You have to buy a sunbed because there’re no sitting facilities. You had to pay for everything extra (for instance lockers and sunbeds), the food was expresive and and all this with a high entrance fee. Little kids will entertain themselves I’m sure, but for kids a little older and for parents it will be no fun. As the name ‘fantasia’ says, there’s lots of fantasy needed to have a nice time in this park.
